2024: The sole owner of the refinery was its general director Maria Gredasova

The sole owner of the Alexander Oil Refinery (refinery) in the Tomsk Region was its general director Maria Gredasova. Such an entry appeared in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities on May 14, 2024.

According to Interfax, citing registry data, Maria Gredasova became the sole owner of 100% of Aleksandrovsky Refinery LLC, having received 50% of the authorized capital from Yulia Arefieva. The latter also left the authorized capital of Sever LLC (Moscow, engaged in the sale of fuel) and Topline LLC (Seversk, engaged in the production of petroleum products). The only beneficiary of these companies was also Gredasova.

According to the agency, Yulia Arefieva and Maria Gredasova were among the co-owners of the Alexander Refinery, Severa and Topline in 2013, all companies belonged to them in equal shares.

Earlier in 2024, the Department of the Federal Tax Service (UFNS) in the Tomsk Region filed for bankruptcy of the Alexander Oil Refinery. The application was submitted to the Arbitration Court of the Tomsk Region, the debt of the refinery exceeds 76 million rubles. Two months later, the company and the Federal Tax Service concluded an amicable agreement providing for the payment of 71 million rubles of debt. The refinery will pay off debt in equal installments every month for three years, paying interest as well. The court terminated the bankruptcy proceedings, Interfax notes.

Aleksandrovsky Oil Refinery LLC was registered in Tomsk in 2003. The main activity is the production of petroleum products. As of February 2024, the company employed 73 employees.[1]
