The chart of the organizational structure clearly shows how the business is built, helps in clarifying the roles and responsibilities of employees, displays the distribution of employees by key departments and the branch workload of personnel. The purpose of finalizing the visualization of the staffing table was to form in the vector-graphic editor diagrams and flow diagrams built into the BOSS system, which display the composition of the staff according to the staffing table, as well as hierarchical and management structures, - explained Ekaterina Korshunova, head of the business applications department of AKRIKHIN.

In addition, there was an option to generate an upload of management structure data by specialists with the display of information in Russian and English and taking into account additional attributes. Also, in the improved functionality, it is possible to limit the upload of data - to form a report not for all employees, but only for direct subordination.

Hierarchical data in raw form is very abstract. And although tables can capture the main links of subordination, you cannot convey visual information and display patterns in them. Visualization of the hierarchical structures of the company reveals the general composition and grouping of data by personnel through the arrangement of nodes and links between them, and visual coding methods such as size, color, boundaries allow you to quickly compare indicators.
