Alexander Ukraintsev was born on July 22, 1963 in the city of Baley, Chita Region.

Education

In 1986 he graduated from the Chita State Medical Institute. The qualification was awarded - a doctor, by specialty - pediatrics. Then he completed an internship in the specialty "pediatric surgery," the qualification of a doctor, pediatric surgeon was awarded.

Career

2018-2021

In 2018, advanced training was held in the specialty "Organization of Health and Public Health," the highest category (branch of the Federal State Budgetary Institution "Military Medical Academy named after S.M. Kirov" Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation in Moscow).

In early 2021, he was appointed Deputy Minister of Health of the Krasnoyarsk Territory.

Before starting work in the government, Alexander Ukraintsev served as chairman of the military-medical commission of the military commissariat of the Krasnoyarsk Territory.

2024: Appointment as the head of the Ministry of Health of the Krasnoyarsk Territory

In February 2024, he Alexander Ukraintsev appointed the new head of the Ministry of Health of the Krasnoyarsk Territory. He replaced Boris Nemik, who headed the department for five years.

Nemik said that he resigned as head of the Krasnoyarsk Ministry of Health of his own free will. Deputy of the Legislative Assembly Alexei Kulesh, commenting on the dismissal of Boris Nemek, said the following:

Parliamentarian Ilya Zaytsev, who is the chairman of the health and social policy committee, noted that under the leadership of Nemik, the regional health care system has gone through the catastrophically difficult period of the COVID-19 coronavirus pandemic, as well as through drastic changes.[1]
