As a result of the implementation of 1C: Holding Management 8, the time for the preparation of consolidated management reports for all legal entities of the Sweet Life group of companies was reduced by 80%. Automatic reporting for banks and credit institutions has been implemented.

In 2022, the business owner decides to unify the system of collecting and processing information for 8 legal entities. A group is being created, which includes the main operating companies Spar Middle Volga, Development Company, Product Service, Sweet Life, Sweet Life Plus, Sweet Life Foodservice, National Fruit Company, Chernyshikhinsky Meat Processing Plant.

On the one hand, this solution made it possible to simplify business management, made it possible to centrally coordinate the activities of legal entities included in the group, reduce the time and costs of management and decision-making, as well as adhere to a policy of uniform standards. On the other hand, as part of the merger process in the Sweet Life Group of Companies, problems of high labor intensity of the process of collecting and preparing consolidated statements, insufficient current analysts and the inability to automatically generate reports for banks and credit institutions were identified. To eliminate these problems, management needed a solution to collect, consolidate and analyze financial statements for a group of legal entities, including for banks and credit institutions.

Before the merger, management reports were collected from 5 external databases and kept in spreadsheets. Consolidated statements, reports for banks and credit institutions were generated manually.

The goal of the project launched in the group of companies was to create an automated system for collecting, consolidating and analyzing financial statements for a group of legal entities on the basis of "1C: Holding Management 8."

Implementation results "1C: Holding Management 8":

  1. Created a unified automated system for collecting, consolidating and analyzing accounting statements of 8 independent legal entities. The nuances of accounting for each legal entity are taken into account.
  2. Automatic reporting for banks and credit institutions has been implemented.
  3. The integration mechanism has been developed from scratch, which allows you to upload 70,000 documents from 5 external information bases to 1C: Holding Management 8 with minimal delay.
  4. Functionality has been developed for reconciliation of intra-group documents and checking the correctness of data reflection. This avoids errors, improves the accuracy of information, and also reduces labor costs by 70%.
  5. The system interface has been improved and a new section "Consolidated Reporting" has been created, which contains access to all reports, settings and documents that are necessary in preparation for the delivery of regulated reporting. Previously, the collection of consolidated financial statements took up to 10 days, the entry of the data received into the system - 9 hours, now the time has been reduced by 10 times.
  6. Now it is possible to compare consolidated report data with auditor reports. By consolidating the data, for each discrepancy, you can go to the decryption to the final document, adjust the information and take this into account in future periods.
  7. 80% reduction in time for preparation of consolidated management reports (plan-factual analysis of budget of revenues and expenses).
