2024: Platform launch
PJSC, MTS a digital ecosystem, on May 24, 2024 announced the launch of an online platform in order to playfully introduce children to technological professions. Codiland virtual is a city where participants from 7 to 17 years old can visit different locations, complete tasks, earn points and get a chance to win prizes: smart gadgets and a tour to the MTS headquarters.
The online platform "Codiland" is divided into 7 digital zones representing the professions in demand in MTS: programmer, sales manager, creator-marketer, AI geniuses, financier, engineer and customer service guru. For each of the specialties, mini-games for career guidance have been created, checking logic, attentiveness and creative thinking. They will help you practice billing and accounting or feel like a real engineer, collecting objects from different details.
Participants from 7 to 17 years old can register on the platform until May 26. Depending on the specified age, each task will have its own difficulty level. Preschoolers can also take part, two educational games are available for them in Codeland: Machine Learning, in which you need to arrange cards in order and the Client Approach memory game. Points are awarded for each completed task, and an end-to-end rating is compiled. Every five days, the tasks in the games are updated so that participants can earn more points.
According to the results of the rating, 10 winners will be invited to Moscow on an excursion to the MTS office to meet and chat with top managers of the company. Another 10 participants will receive technological gadgets for training as a gift.
