2023: Functional replacement of a Microsoft Dynamics AX-based account program

The main goal of the project was to functionally replace the accounting program based on Microsoft Dynamics AX within a specific period, limited to a period of 1 year.

The result of the project was the implementation of the following key blocks:

1. Manage NSI and integration. NSI was transferred, such as: counterparties, nomenclature, resource specifications, fixed asset objects. The procedure for agreeing on the change of the NSI and storing versions is provided.
2. Manage sales. The end-to-end process of working with the customer is organized from sales planning to production and shipment of finished products. A credit control mechanism for overdue debt has been developed.
3. Manage purchases. Procurement planning processes are implemented based on medium-term plans of key customers before the formation of orders to suppliers and warehouse processing.
4. Management. warehouse logisticsThe process of maintaining address storage of residues in the warehouse and responsible storage is implemented. Schemes have been worked out for the formation of orders by departments for the registration of acceptance and shipment of goods from warehouses.
5. Treasury. Mechanisms have been implemented for arrangement and coordination of payments, including with external systems. A mechanism for approving and agreeing on cash spending limits has been developed.
6. Regulated and tax accounting. The process of maintaining regulated accounting is implemented.
7. Salary and Human Resources. Integration ": 1CERP Enterprise Management" and "1C: Payroll and HR Management, revision 3" has been set up to reflect wage expenses in regulated accounting.
