2024: Introduction of the 1C:ERP Enterprise Management software product

The main goal sales warehouse of the project was to automate the accounting of production processes, procurement processes, accounting, quality control processes.

The result of the project was the implementation of the following key blocks:

• NSI management. Organization of storage of item guides. Implement parametric resource specifications.
• Procurement management. Organization of the process of approval and management of the list of Orders to suppliers.
• Production management. Implementation of two production reflection concepts: production with operational accounting, production at the level of technological stages.
• Warehouse logistics management within the enterprise.
• Process management by sales block.
• Manage cost calculation processes and regulated accounting.

The introduction of the 1C:ERP Enterprise Management software product to automate the activities of SPETSKOMPLEKT LLC made it possible to significantly increase the efficiency of management and distribution of resources at the enterprise, optimize cost accounting, control and optimize inventories, and improve the quality of manufactured products through detailed control of each stage of production.
