Coffeemania has transferred corporate communication and business processes to eXpress. The first users were 300 employees of the company's becophys. As of June 2024, the company is working on connecting all employees, about five thousand people, to eXpress. Unlimited Production announced this on June 3, 2024.

Before migrating to the domestic solution, the customer used the VKS tool ZOOM and. messenger Telegram However, foreign ZOOM had previously limited access for some Russian organizations and could at any time stop supplying its services to, and Russia Telegram, being a public tool, could not guarantee the necessary level. In personal data protection this regard, it was decided to find a corporate platform that would meet the requirements INFORMATION SECURITY in the company and allow the deployment of a fully functional communication environment in the inner loop. In addition, it is important for the customer's business to communicate with external users: contractors, counterparties, employees with a shift schedule.

Testing of the communications platform began at the end of 2023. The decisive factors in the choice of eXpress are the presence of an on-premium solution, ease of deployment on the company's servers and data protection mechanisms implemented in the superappe.

Having chosen eXpress, the Coffeemania network, on the one hand, ensured independence from foreign public messengers and VKS systems, and on the other, brought its corporate infrastructure to a new level. As a result, Coffeemania employees have access to all the functions of the corporate messenger: personal and group chats, channels with reactions and threads, large video calls with the ability to record, exchange files and documents, chat bots and smartapps. The company also configures integration with internal IP telephony for calls to internal numbers from any device - smartphone, tablet or computer - with eXpress installed on it.

The customer is also exploring the possibilities of eXpress-based smartappers, discussing ideas for new functions and integrations. Among the ideas for implementation is the Exchange of Shifts of Coffeemania waiters to effectively organize the work of employees in restaurants.
