Add five software modules
Smolensk The has introduced new services Smart City on the basis of an integrated digital platform developed by JSC (Rosatom Infrastructure Solutions RIR, part of the State Corporation ""). Since Rosatom 2024, the project helps in the development of a comfortable and safe digital environment for citizens. During the operation of the system, more than 4,500 problems of residents of Smolensk were solved. Rosatom announced this on July 17, 2025.
The development of the platform includes the implementation of five software modules of the current version. These services affect key areas of the city's life. For example, the "Calendar of Events" is of a reference nature, and the "Earthworks" module will save time for obtaining appropriate permits at times. The interactive map presents all valid issued orders, you can find out the timing of the work and those responsible for it, make sure that they are legal or complain about "illegal excavations." The customer of the work can obtain permission in one window - to load the project documentation and obtain visas of coordinating organizations directly on the portal. The "information panel" of the chapter will make it possible to collect and display in real time analytical information about the work of urban economy.

As of July 2025, the Smart Smolensk platform includes 16 modules. Authorized employees, in accordance with their areas of responsibility, will be able to respond more effectively to the requests of residents and emergency situations. During the implementation, the necessary integration was carried out with already existing city systems for residents and administrations, data sources were identified and recorded, parameters, role powers of users were set up, and authorized employees were trained.
