LANIT and Norbit have completed a project to develop and implement CRM for the Guardians of Childhood Foundation. LANIT announced this on June 4, 2024. The system will allow you to keep records, monitoring and analysis of the achievements of each ward. Automation will save up to 20% of employee time, freeing up resources for more complex tasks that require empathy and maximum involvement.

The team of "Guardians of Childhood" helps pupils and graduates of orphanages, children from foster care, guardianship and crisis families to find their vocation, decide on the profession and get the first experience of work. The Foundation takes care of more than 2,600 teenagers and works in 20 regions of Russia. Employees monitor the child's progress daily, monitor his participation in educational events, monitor needs and help with the implementation of goals. CRM, which the NORBIT team deployed on the basis of the domestic low-code platform BPMSoft, is designed to save time and effort, as well as increase the efficiency of the routine.

The system will save fund employees from manually managing large amounts of data. In the general information field, all information on each ward is now collected: in which companies he visited, where he underwent practice, what progress he made, whether there were any difficulties. Here, reviews of the specialists with whom the child contacted are aggregated. In addition, in real time, you can automatically generate reports on the necessary parameters, maintain mandatory documentation. This helps to improve work with children's social institutions and speed up the provision of necessary information and statistics for partners. The system also simplifies the expansion of the network of contacts, attracting new participants from business and the state.

The fund's specialists were able to easily track the activity of all participants, build a balance. For example, when forming lists for full-time complex events, in order to exclude situations where, for subjective reasons, the same children are invited to them, and the other part falls out of the process. The communication of adolescents and regional coordinators becomes closer. Seeing the entire volume of information related to the child, they understand what exactly is worth discussing in person, what to pay attention to, said Alexandra Andrievskikh, director of the Guardians of Childhood Foundation.
