K2 Tekh released ROC Backup - a product for secure storage and recovery of data Yandex Mail, Disk and Calendar. The solution is intended for companies using the Yandex 360 digital environment for business or planning to switch to it. K2 Tekh announced this on June 6, 2024.

The solution complements the built-in mechanisms of Yandex 360 services for business and protects information from accidental or deliberate disappearance through convenient tools for backing up data: storage, search, recovery, analytics, audit, export to other formats.

With ROC Backup, you can solve current tasks faced by both security specialists and business unit managers: recover lost or deleted data; Access the files of the departed employee delete a letter accidentally sent to the wrong addressee; Ensure long-term data retention according to company internal regulations and regulatory requirements.

ROC Backup simplifies work within the framework of security protocols due to large functionality - from searching for information of interest in current and deleted documents to uploading Yandex Mail letters in MBOX format. Also, the business gets the ability to flexibly store data - both locally (Minio, FTP, local storage) and in the cloud (S3).

Synchronization of the organizational structure of the company from Yandex 360 for business allows you to perform settings in accordance with it. Auditing actions and configuring role models allow you to monitor administrator actions to avoid data breaches.
