The complex was previously automated, however, the previous warehouse management system did not meet the rapidly increasing needs of the client. The former WMS did not have the functionality to provide one of the key needs of the company - end-to-end metering of goods using control and identification marks (PPE). To work correctly, you had to fill out individual tables and keep records in them, and fulfill orders manually without using WMS, relying only on your professional experience. This led to a loss of time that can be used for other warehouse operations, as well as losses in the accuracy of work due to the human factor. Thanks to the flexibility and scalability of LOGAREON WMS, in a matter of days from the start of the project, it was possible to launch the basic warehouse operations in the new system, such as putaway, selection, packaging and shipment, and in just three weeks fully automate the warehouse with fixing PPE in each operation.

Also in the previous WMS there was no billing function, and the customer had to keep records in manual mode, which negatively affected the accuracy of the calculation of the services provided. LOGAREON WMS for billing implements flexible settings for fixing storage and operations in real time, which greatly simplified the process of billing and made settlements transparent to customers.
