Digital integrator QSOFT has developed and implemented an intranet for one of the representatives of the FMCG sphere. The task of QSOFT was to offer a solution instead of a portal that ran on SharePoint, ensure the smooth operation of a large number of users and differ in an intuitive interface. Qsoft announced this on June 13, 2024.

On the portal, it was necessary to implement the ability to create information landings, knowledge bases, a news feed, and the organizational structure of the enterprise. In addition, the task was to integrate the portal with the CRM system. The key functionality is a secure online file collaboration tool. QSOFT was to ensure the migration of 25 TB of documents collected by the company over the past 15 years.

The system also had to meet the requirements of fault tolerance, autonomy and information security. For this purpose, a cluster of database management systems was implemented, two web servers of applications managed by the balancer (NLB) were deployed, and the P7-Office application package was added. Authorization for domain users occurs using ADFS. Access to files is carried out through a proxy server, access to the Bitrix adminpanel is prohibited outside the corporate network. The Graylog platform is connected and configured to log events on the portal.

For secure access of external users, two-factor authentication has been implemented - they can be added to groups and projects, the validity of their account is monitored and, if necessary, access is recalled.

During 2022, we were looking for an integrator who would implement the project in a very short time and highly appreciate the result that we came to with QSOFT. We have been working on solutions for enterprise clients for many years, but even by the standards of other large projects, this one was difficult due to the deadlines - they were one and a half to two times more compressed than usual. In addition, within its framework, it was supposed to solve non-trivial problems, for example, to configure integration with the P7-Office for online document editing, simultaneously available for 40 sessions. In the process, we faced a number of difficulties, but thanks to joint work, we were able to launch the portal for users on time - and now it is a key service for employees of Unilever Rus, said Vitaly Chesnokov, CEO of QSOFT.
