It was possible to achieve 30% growth in the reference area and reach an economic effect of 8 million rubles and 20% increase in productivity in the enterprise as a whole.

We are pleased with the audit - all divisions passed it in terms of the parameters that we selected back in 2020. We continue to implement lean tools, some processes need to be restarted.
