2023: Development and automation of the system for MHIF

Task

The development of the current one, the software FEDERAL COMPULSORY HEALTH INSURANCE FUND development of new integration modules in it and the refinement of the current functionality.

Execution

It was important to automate the internal personnel document flow and translate it into electronic form, as well as create integrations with government services to automate the entry of information and upload data. We have developed ITA to configure and modify the modules of the current 1C system of the customer, to expand the functionality of the system, exchange with other systems and automate data loading mechanisms. An EDM module was introduced with an extension of functionality in the issue of automating the filling of approval routes and other requirements critical for the MHIF.

Achieved result

They developed the Subsystems of primary documents circulation, speeding up the document circulation process, automatic formation of a reconciliation act on the orders of MinFin, and also created documents' OMS Account 'and' OMS Control ', processors for downloading accounting documents and algorithms for analyzing source files and uploading information to the system automatically.
