Project date: 2024/06

In June 2024, an innovative flexible space management system was launched in Moscow, designed to book offices, meeting rooms and coworking spaces. The developer of the system was the IT startup BPA, which conducted pilot testing on the basis of the Lomonosov cluster, which is part of the Vorobyovy Gory Research and Development Center of Moscow State University.

The new system allows cluster residents and guests to book jobs, meeting rooms, and rent or purchase a variety of work supplies, including technical equipment and stationery. A convenient infrastructure and positive feedback from users highlight the success of the platform implementation.

A digital infrastructure has been created for the cluster administration to monitor key business indicators in real time, such as visitor numbers, rented equipment and availability of space. This system has reduced waiting times for offline customers by 25%, and the speed of processing online applications has more than tripled.

According to CNews, BPA continues to develop its innovative digital business solutions. In 2023, the startup introduced a pollution detection system based on a computer vision model. This system helps to automatically find garbage, dust and dirt in office premises, which helps to maintain cleanliness, reduce cleaning costs and increase the comfort of employees.

BPA spokesman Arkady Froymchuk noted that the company plans to continue improving its system. In 2024, BPA will combine its information services into a single product for automating the control of office premises. The platform will not only find garbage and simplify the reservation of meeting rooms and premises, but also monitor the safety of the office and the quality of staff. In addition, the BPA team is developing a similar IT support program for restaurants, which will improve their operational efficiency.[1]
