This made it possible to preserve the automation of key business processes ones and minimize the risks of system failures.

It is noted that in 2019, Burger King actively used software robotization (RPA) to automate routine operations in the field of financial and personnel accounting. However, with the end of UiPath licenses and the vendor leaving the Russian market, the company needed to quickly switch to a new solution. After evaluation and testing, the domestic PIX RPA software was selected.

The migration partner was First Bit, which has significant experience with both platforms. Due to the competence of the team and the availability of a proven transition methodology, the project was completed as soon as possible. Parallel development and commissioning of all business processes minimized downtime risks.

According to First Bit, the full import substitution of UiPath on PIX RPA has led to significant process optimization. The new platform allows robots to process about 12 thousand documents monthly, which eliminates the need to hire additional personnel and reduces the risk of errors due to the human factor.
