Zyfra has positive experience in creating a system for managing production data in the field of district heating and water supply, on the basis of which early defect detection and accident prevention services have already been implemented and are working effectively. We are confident that our experience and digital products will be useful to the VIVOS industry and will lead to an early solution of priority tasks for the industry, which will ultimately have a positive effect on the quality and reliability of services for consumers, "said Sergey Emelchenkov, General Director of Zyfra Group of Companies.

Industrial enterprises have a complex IT infrastructure, in which, despite the availability of advanced solutions, the barriers of business process automation have not yet been overcome. To build efficient processes, they require cross-functional solutions. Linkage ecosystem products work with white spots in data arrays, a lack of solution connectivity, collecting key metrics and metrics into a single visual dashboard. In partnership with the Digital Group of Zyfra, we see great potential, since our colleagues have succeeded in automating individual business processes for business owners. Their vision will help us in creating unified analytical showcases that help us make decisions of any level, "said Oleg Popov, Vice President of WestLink Group of Companies, Director of Linkage Business Area.

The CCM is responsible for the collection, processing, analysis of data, interpretation and visualization of the information received, control over all aspects of the technological and production processes of water supply and drainage, as well as for the complete management of them. The creation of the CCM will allow utility companies to quickly and cost-effectively move to data-driven water management, and the composite architecture will reduce risks in the digital transformation process.

According to experts, the fastest effects from investments in digital transformation are obtained in the areas of work with subscribers and by creating a digital control room. The most capacious effects are concentrated in the optimization of capital expenditures for the provision of technical condition and infrastructure development. The expected indicators from the implementation of such a center are an increase of 25% in the efficiency of operational work of personnel, a reduction of 15% in the time of emergency repairs, as well as a decrease of 5% in the consumption of electricity and the volume of unrealized water.
