2023: Implementation of "IDM. Management of Credentials"

The main functional requirement when choosing a system is to manage user accounts based on the access matrix (role system) to the main access objects. The Customer considered both standard (MS Active Directory, MS Exchange, 1S:ZUP) and special - automated banking systems as target systems. An important criterion was the fulfillment of the requirements of GOST 57580 in terms of relevant measures.

The objectives of the works are:

• increase the level of information security by providing the possibility of monitoring and centralized control of user access;
• Reduce maintenance costs for account and access rights management processes through automation
• Reduce the time required to grant, modify, and revoke user access rights.

The following works were carried out during the project:

• development of a private terms of reference
• step-by-step system setup with creation and matching of employee accounts, setting up responses to personnel events, creation and setting up of business roles, coordination rules
• integration with the human resources system; configuring connections and exchange rules with AD, Exchange, 1C
• Provide a test and development environment. PMI development. Pilot operation
• training of system administrators.

Based on the results of the project, the System of management of accounts and rights of users of information systems of AVTOGRADBANK JSC was introduced and put into commercial operation, the set goals were achieved, work was planned on the subsequent adaptation and development of the system, the connection of additional systems.
