Dixy"" Over 8 months, HR a system was created, personnel management and settlement processes wages for 27.5 thousand employees were optimized. This was announced 1C-Rarus by "" on July 1, 2024.

The company kept personnel records and payroll in a foreign HR system. Labor costs increased (80% of the team's resource) to support a customized system on its own and to bring the reporting received from it into compliance with the changing requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation in the field of personnel accounting.

A significant shortage in the labor market of retail personnel required optimization and increased efficiency of personnel service processes.

The IT service of the Dixy Group of Companies monitored the market of specialized systems for human resources and payroll. As a result, a time-tested and many implementations of the 1C: Salary and Human Resources solution of the BCC version were selected. The partner of the project was the company "1C-Rarus" in Chelyabinsk.

The goals of the project were to create a unified IT ecosystem, increase the efficiency of human resources and optimize payroll processes, reduce the risk of non-compliance of personnel and settlement business processes with the legislation of the Russian Federation and reduce the cost of operating the accounting system by personnel and payroll.

For many years we have been engaged in the digitalization of individual business processes: time accounting, hiring, dismissal. When most of the business processes were digitized and we achieved digital saturation, we began to engage in improvements and process optimization. And these processes began to cling to each other. Rules for synchronization and exchange between processes were formed. And when connections were established, at the points where processes and technologies are combined, new benefits and values were discovered for the company and stakeholders,
said Evgeny Savitsky, head of compensation and benefits, Dixy.

2023 was the year the HR transformation began in Dixie. We had an ambitious task, we needed not only to improve the quality of HR processes, for example, accounting for the working hours of linear personnel or speeding up settlements with personnel, but also the task of launching completely new processes, for example, direct integration with FSS. The constant change in legislation required a quick response and the constant involvement of additional resources to maintain the past HRM system. In this regard, it was decided to change the personnel management system globally. Having conducted a detailed analysis of the market, we came to the opinion that "1C: Payroll and HR Management" fits our requirements as much as possible and will allow us to quickly respond to new market challenges,
noted Vladimir Zabolotny, head of the HR project program, Dixy.
