Completion of pilot implementation of Sherpa RPA in financial block
The federal transport holding Resource Group has introduced an artificial intelligence-based robotization platform Sherpa RPA. This was reported on August 13, 2024 by Sherpa Robotics.
The pilot implementation of the platform took place in the financial block of the company. One of the first processes robotized in Resource Group was the automated filling of P-1 forms for submitting reports to government agencies. The robot collects information from the company's information systems and fills out the forms, the department employee can only approve them and send them. Sherpa RPA robots optimize many other business processes of the company, significantly reducing the burden on personnel.
"Our company has been practicing a modern approach to transportation organization for a long time, focusing on the use of IT products and technologies. The use of Sherpa RPA robots in the activities of Resource Group is a further step to optimize our business processes. I would also like to note the simplicity and speed of the platform's implementation, "said Igor Bykovsky, Deputy General Director for IT Resource Group, about the implementation of the project. |
