Auxo localized IT infrastructure for Lyubyatovo

2024: IT Infrastructure Audit

AUXO has implemented a project to audit and localize the IT infrastructure for Lyubyatovo (part of Chernogolovka Group of Companies). Lyubyatovo entered the Chernogolovka group of companies after the Kellogg Company left the Russian market. The project started in January 2023 and was completed within 9 months. Auxo announced this on July 8, 2024.

As part of the audit, AUXO developed the architecture of the customer's future independent IT infrastructure and a strategy for localizing infrastructure solutions taking into account risks due to foreign policy factors.

To implement the localization process, the customer was offered solutions for the main parts of the infrastructure in terms of business-critical services:

• Local directory service.
• Implementation of SSO authorization for all external cloud solutions.
• Client VPN access for remote employees.
• Local Remote Workstation Service.
• Locally managed Recovery Boiler based on customer solutions.
• Migration of the ERP system to Russia and deployment of its archived copy in the AUXO cloud.
• Replacement of ITU and corporate network perimeter security solutions with Russian solutions.
• Migrate all user data from corporate sites to the customer's local storage while maintaining hierarchy and access rights.
• Implementation of a system for full monitoring of the customer's entire IT infrastructure and its turnkey transfer.

The proposed solutions made it possible to implement a localization project with zero downtime for the customer. The free client access solution saved on software and hardware purchases, and greatly simplified support for this infrastructure element.
