Appointment of Natalia Medunova as CEO

The group of companies Chernogolovka"" in mid-May 2025 announced the change of CEO. Natalia Sakhnina, who headed the company since 2020, leaves her post, but remains on the board of directors and will develop new business areas of the group. Purchase of Russian assets of chip maker Pringles

Chernogolovka closed the deal to buy the Russian assets of the American Kellogg's, which, among other things, supplied Pringles chips to the Russian Federation. This became known in mid-July 2023. Read more here.

"Chernogolovka" buys from Heinz brands of baby food Heinz "Clever" and "Sami with a mustache"

At the end of March 2023, it became known about the sale of the Russian baby food business Kraft Heinz to the Chernogolovka group. The parties concluded an agreement according to which the brands "Umnitsa," "Sami with a mustache," as well as Heinz factories in the Stavropol Territory and Ivanovo will be transferred to the Russian company. 2022: Plan for the purchase of Russian assets of the American Kellogg

In December 2022, it became known that Kellogg, which suspended the supply of Pringles chips to Russia after the outbreak of the conflict in Ukraine, is preparing to completely leave the local market. The company plans to sell the production of cookies and ready-made breakfasts under the Lyubyatovo brand to the Chernogolovka group of companies.
