2003-2019

Natalia Medunova began her career at Wimm-Bill-Dann, where she has held various positions since 2003. Since 2012, she worked in the Russian division of PepsiCo, where in 2015 she took the post of director of key clients. Since 2019, Medunova headed Progress JSC.

2025: Appointment as CEO of Chernogolovka

The group of companies Chernogolovka"" in mid-May 2025 announced the change of CEO. Natalia Sakhnina, who headed the company since 2020, leaves her post, but remains on the board of directors and will develop new business areas of the group. Natalya Medunova, who previously headed Progress JSC (FrutoNyanya baby food manufacturer), has been appointed the new general director of Chernogolovka Management Company.

According to RBC, the changes in the management on Tuesday were announced to the group's employees. During the work of Natalia Sakhnina as CEO, the company's revenue more than fivefold increased from ₽9,5 billion to ₽53 billion. Chernogolovka's share in the drinks market doubled and reached 15.4% in physical terms.

The press service of Chernogolovka reported that the shareholders rated the results of Sakhnina's work as "fantastic." Under her leadership, the company retained its leadership in the lemonade segment, became the second player in the drinks market as a whole and took the second position among manufacturers of cola-flavored drinks. The volume of beverage production has quadrupled in four years.

In recent years, the number of the group's plants has doubled - from six in 2020 to 15 in 2025, including a production site in Uzbekistan. The shareholders plan to provide a "revolutionary breakthrough" to new business areas managed by Natalia Sakhnina.

The press service of the group described Natalya Medunova as a top manager with tremendous experience, able to cope with the ambitious tasks facing Chernogolovka in all business segments.[1]
