2024: Appointment as CEO of Neometria

In June 2024, Artem Bortnevsky was appointed general director of the federal developer Neometria, which is part of the investment holding Alias Group.

Marina Chernenko, who previously served as CEO of the company, will continue to work in the investment holding Alias Group as a member of the board. It will focus on ensuring the legal basis for the holding's economic activities, issues of participation in public discussions, commissions, councils and other events of federal and regional authorities, as well as legal support for key Alias Group projects.
