Biography

She graduated from Kuban State University with a degree in State and Municipal Administration, received the qualification of Lawyer at the Russian Academy of Justice (now the Russian State University of Justice).

As of September 2022, he is studying at the Stockholm School of Economics under the Executive MBA General Management program.

Since 2014, she has collaborated with companies included in the Alias Group holding, including providing legal support for the activities of Neometria.

In 2021, she headed the legal department of Alias Group.

Marina Chernenko, who previously served as legal director of the Alias Group, has been appointed General Director of the federal developer Neometria (part of the Alias Group). Nadezhda Barachina, who combined the positions of CEO in two companies - Alias Group and Neometria - will continue to head the investment holding and fully focus on the development of new business areas: financial, food industry, IT, services and others. This was announced on September 13, 2022 by Neometria.

As CEO, Marina Chernenko is responsible for the operational and strategic management of the developer.
