Education

Sergei Zhukov graduated from Moscow State University of Railways (MIIT) with a degree in Industrial and Civil Engineering and the Faculty of Financial Management at the Presidential Academy of Civil Service.

Career

1996-2009

From 1996 to 2003 he worked at the industrial and construction company Impulse-M, having gone from a work manufacturer to a general director.

In 2003, he became General Director of Baltic Construction Company No. 41 LLC.

Since 2009 - General Director of Baltic Construction Company No. 48 LLC.

2013-2017

Since 2013 - General Director of Mosmetrostroy JSC.

In 2017, he was included in the reserve of managerial personnel under the patronage of the President of the Russian Federation.

As reported on the Mosinzhproekt website, with the direct participation of Sergei Zhukov, large-scale Olympic facilities in Sochi were built. Since 2013, he served as General Director of Mosmetrostroy JSC. In this position, with his participation, a number of large transport and infrastructure projects were implemented in Russia and abroad, such as the creation of a number of complex sections of the Big Ring Metro Line, the extension of the Lublin-Dmitrov line, and the reconstruction of existing Moscow metro facilities.

2024: Appointment as CEO of Mosinzhproekt

In early July 2024, the press service of Mosinzhproekt announced the appointment of Sergei Zhukov as the new general director of the company. He replaced Yuri Kravtsov, who moved to the position of member of the board of directors of the group.[1]

Awards

Sergei Zhukov was awarded the Order of Merit to the Fatherland of the IV degree, also awarded the Gratitude of the President of the Russian Federation and the Letter of Thanks of the Mayor of Moscow, has the title "Honorary Builder of the City of Moscow."
