2024: Corporate Portal Creation

Task

The key task is to create a convenient portal for employees in order to quickly inform and interact, train, exchange documents and submit applications.

The portal is intended for:

• Communications of departments and employees;
• Receiving, issuing and tracking tasks;
• Exchange, download, storage of documents;
• Informing employees;
• Accumulation and preservation of the knowledge base, training of employees;
• Accelerate the adaptation of new employees.

The main goal of the system is to create a unified corporate information environment with a convenient user interface based on domestic software.

Execution

Created a portal, configured integrations with:

• 1C - Users, Company Structure
• Active Directory
• 1C task
• Pilot
• Appiis
• Service Desk
• MS Exchange

Which allows users to receive information on tasks from all sources on the portal.

We have developed a map of the seating of employees on the portal, a schedule of birthdays, changed the main page of the portal to meet the requirements of the customer.

As a result of the portal implementation, the following results were achieved:
