The group includes Nizhnekamskshina factories, which produce passenger and light cargo tires under the Kama and Viatti brands, Nizhnekamsk Truck Tire Plant, which produces combined and solid metal truck tires, as well as agricultural tires.

According to Interfax, the financial details of the transaction were not disclosed, but market participants believe that the value of the asset could be several billion rubles.
