Within the framework of the project, a tool was created that expands the capabilities of the "Lawyer System" (reference consulting system "Aktion").
Based on the tools of the Preferentum platform, a cloud-based online contract analysis service was implemented. Users have been provided with a toolkit system for checking contract texts and analyzing legal risks.
Implementation results:
- The service allows you to recognize the type of contract, highlight significant conditions (dates, terms, amounts, liability, risks, counterparty details, etc.);
- With the tool, more than 3,000 users process approximately 200 contracts daily.
