JSC Murom Switch Plant improves financial results and reduces costs with 1C:ERP Enterprise Management 2. 1C: April Soft announced this on July 15, 2024.

In 2021, it was decided to switch to, accounting system which would combine all business processes enterprises. To manage the business, the enterprise used several accounting systems based on "," 1C part of the blocks was not automated. The round of information space development in the company began with the implementation of ": 1CERP Enterprise Management 2" - to manage regulatory reference, information combine accounting, tax and management accounting in one system. This was important both for maintaining the current state and for further development.

The reason for the transition to the system was the need to obtain operational management information for the management of the enterprise to make effective and timely decisions.

It becomes possible to:

  • Plan activities and forecast development, establish profitable connections and analyze the results of cooperation with counterparties.
  • Instantly access reports.
  • Monitor the work of subdivisions.
  • Manage assets and resources.
  • Reduce costs and minimize losses.

The main purpose of automation was to calculate the management cost of a unit of products with the transition to a progressive system of comprehensive automation of accounting and management of the enterprise "1C:ERP Enterprise Management 2."

In addition, the following goals were set:

  • Translation of the implemented accounting functions into the implemented automated system.
  • Development of a scheme for obtaining management cost and its implementation in an automated system.
  • Getting a convenient control and reporting tool.
  • Elimination of data re-entry at several sites, availability of minimum sufficient data at each workplace.
  • Scalability of the solution.
  • Ensure data integrity and reliability.
  • Differentiate access rights at the user, form, and report level.
  • Flexibility sufficient for changes as the business grows and changes, the ability to implement the long-term requirements of the company.
  • Minimizes system administration resources.
  • The ability to create new reports and settings by your employees.

The implementation was carried out by the staff of IT specialists of MSZ JSC with the support of 1C:April Soft.

To achieve the set goals, the following was completed:

  • Consultation on the choice of automation system.
  • Shipment of the selected system.
  • Consulting on current issues.
  • Training of users in typical system capabilities and familiarization with innovations and changes in legislation.

For the tiyul of 2024, the following units were put into operation:

3. Personnel accounting.

5. Budgeting.
6. Cash Management and Treasury.
7. Settlement management.
8. Customer and supplier relationship management.
9. Asset management.
10. Sales management, sales planning.
11. Purchasing and Inventory Management, Purchasing Planning.
12. Calculation of the cost of production.
13. Production accounting.
14. Inventory accounting.
15. Management accounting.
16. Cost accounting and management reporting.
17. Marketing.

The system was put into operation from 2024. 350 jobs were automated. As a result of the implementation at the enterprise, the quality of both managerial and regulated accounting has significantly increased. Accounting of settlements with buyers is carried out actually in real time, which allows you to quickly monitor the state of receivables and reduce the period of its turnover by timely detection of overdue debts and corresponding work with buyers.
