The international distributor IT of equipment ITPOD spoke about the results of the implementation of the Russian solution SimpleOne B2B CRM for the automation of commercial marketing and processes. This was SimpleOne announced on July 15, 2024.

ITPOD equipment is used in data centers of various levels of reliability around the world. Its characteristics were tested in real operating conditions at facilities of different scales.

In May 2023, ITPOD transferred the business processes of partner sales and marketing to the Russian CRM from the developer SimpleOne. The implementation was completed in 2 weeks, including a complete migration of data from the previous system.

After a year of use, the company recorded results: the term for registering the transaction decreased from 3 to 1 day, the partner satisfaction index increased by 43%, the volume of partner sales increased by 80%. The number of registered projects increased by 50%, the SPR approval period was reduced from 2 to 1 day, and the effectiveness of marketing campaigns (ROI) increased by 35%.

ITPOD chose SimpleOne B2B CRM, a Russian low-code solution that supports deal and marketing management. The system enabled the automation of key business processes, including partner funnel management, analytics and content creation.

For July 2024, ITPOD expects a product from SimpleOne - VCSM (Vendor Customer Service Management), which integrates marketing, sales and customer support processes, providing complete product and installation information.
