Main objectives of the project

  1. Transition from "1C: Construction Organization Management" to "1C:ERP Enterprise Management" with protection of connections with other accounting systems of the holding.
  2. Automate all plant processes, including technical bureau, quality control, production and supply planning, treasury, and regulated and tax accounting units.

Project results

The result of the project was the implementation of the following key blocks:

  1. NSI management. Organization of storage of item guides. Fully update and enter resource specifications and roadmaps based on the selected production accounting model.
  2. Manage sales. The process of placing new customer orders, pricing and mutual settlements with customers is organized.
  3. Manage purchases. The processes of requirements collection for purchasing, operational work with orders to suppliers, price management and mutual settlements are organized. Internal tender subsystem has been implemented.
  4. Production control. The process of preparation of production, the formation of production stages, ensuring the production of materials and the reflection of the fact of production on a weekly basis were implemented.
  5. Warehouse Logistics Management. The functions of interaction between departments through the formation of order documents have been worked out. The scheme of work on incoming inspection of materials by the Quality Service has been implemented.
  6. Manage production quality processes. In-process control mechanisms using specialized AWS are implemented.
  7. Manage financial processes and costing. Various corporate financial reporting mechanisms have been implemented, including a plan of actual analysis of the cost of issued products in the form of a customer.
  8. Treasury. Mechanisms for arrangement and coordination of payments have been implemented.
  9. Regulated accounting. For the purposes of regulated accounting, the 1C: Accounting 8 system has been introduced. Specialized data exchanges between systems have been developed.
  10. Salary and personnel management. A typical subsystem was implemented as part of. "1C:Enterprise 8 ERP Enterprise Management 2."
