The main feature of the hotel will be the almost complete absence of staff. It is planned to introduce a self check-in system, the use of robots for cleaning rooms and serving in a restaurant. The hotel will be equipped with an automatic authentication system for access to rooms, and at the reception it is planned to install a voice assistant with a holographic image or an individual drone.

The equipment in the rooms will be controlled through voice speakers or a special mobile application. The innovative hotel concept provides an analysis of guests' preferences taking into account 300 parameters, including an assessment of the appearance, level of fatigue and mood of the guest. Based on this data, the system will automatically adjust the temperature and lighting in the room.

The project is implemented with the participation of Innopolis University. Deputy Prime Minister of Tatarstan Roman Shaikhutdinov noted that about a third of the investment in the project falls on the "intellectual filling" of the hotel.

The opening of the robotic hotel will be an important step in the development of Innopolis as a center of attraction for IT companies. The city, founded in 2012, is a special economic zone and is actively developing as an innovative cluster of Tatarstan.[1]
