2024: HRroom Platform Introduction

MOLGA Consulting on July 23, 2024 announced the launch of its own digital platform for HRroom personnel management.   HRroom includes important functionality aimed at improving the efficiency of companies' HR processes, increasing transparency and employee engagement. The platform is effective as an independent product, and as part of an existing or under construction architecture using other third-party products. Customers can use solutions to create and manage a HR portal with elements of an employee's digital profile, manage an organizational structure, build a personnel electronic document flow, and manage training using generative AI tools.   A significant module of this platform is a product of personnel electronic document management. It will organically complement the architecture of HR solutions with common accounting systems. Customers can optionally purchase  an extension for SAP that natively integrates systems and solves the issue of preparing draft documents.
