In 2022, OOO "Enterprise ElektroSvyaz" of KrasnokamenskTrans-Baikal Territory decided to replace the PBX of the American company Lucent Technologies with a domestic one. The local telecom operator belongs to the city-forming enterprise - Priargunsky industrial mining and chemical association, which is part of the Mining Division of Rosatom State Corporation. This is a large uranium mining plant and one of the suppliers of natural uranium.

Before the import substitution of the city PBX, serious design work and a pre-design inspection of the facility and the telecommunication network were carried out. Representatives of the Novosibirsk branch of Giprosvyaz participated in the pre-project survey. The needs and features of the customer have been well known to Multisystems specialists since 2001, when, working at Novye Sistema Group of Companies, they designed, installed and commissioned equipment 5ESS VCDX manufactured by Lucent Technologies when creating a city PBX in Krasnokamensk. The 5ESS distributed in the world was then also produced in Russia, and had the necessary certificates of conformity for use on our urban networks.

Now, for the modernization of the city PBX, equipment ON and ELTEX"" were proposed, developed and produced in. Novosibirsk For this project, Multisystems specialists, in cooperation with Eltex, prepared a technical solution taking into account the customer's requirements. In addition, after more than twenty years of operation, the outdated PBX no longer met the requirements of supervisory authorities mandatory for companies providing communication services to the population. The active and passive equipment of the RPE APC was delivered in a short time.
