In December, Minchenko made media headlines after three hooligans beat him at a concert at Barvikha Luxury Village.

On July 24, 2024, Mostransavto announced the appointment of Dmitry Minchenko as the new head of the company. A month earlier, he became the first deputy general director of Mostransavto JSC.

Mostransavto will continue to strengthen the staff of the enterprise with qualified personnel, update the company's fleet. Also in the attention of the management are decent working conditions for employees of the enterprise. The priority remains the safety of travel, - said Dmitry Minchenko, commenting on his appointment.

According to the press service of Mostransavto, over 17 years of work, Dmitry Minchenko has gained experience in the leadership posts of various transport enterprises, in the Federal Service for Supervision of Transport and in the Ministry of Transport and Road Infrastructure of the Moscow Region.

Mostransavto JSC is a subordinate organization of the Ministry of Transport and Road Infrastructure of the Moscow Region. By July 2024, the company serves about 1.4 thousand city, suburban and intercity routes, more than 4.7 thousand buses, which carry over 1.6 million passengers, enter the line every day, the company's website says.
