LLC NPO "Mobile Card" was created in 2013 as a service for paying for socially oriented services. Since 2015, the company has been actively developing payment and digital services in the regulated entertainment industry, and in 2021 was appointed President of Russia as a SINGLE CUPIS. The company began robotizing back in 2018. By 2022, the software robots of the American company UiPath were introduced into the business processes of most divisions of the UNIFIED CUPIS. In 2022, after the vendor left the Russian market, there was a need for import substitution.

Primo RPA was selected as the contractor. The migration of SINGLE CUPIS robots from Uipath to Primo RPA was fast and cost-effective, largely due to the similarity of approaches to the development of robots on both platforms.

Experts from the outsourcing division of Primo RPA helped the specialists of the Customer's Competence Center with the transfer of some robots - this made it possible to speed up the process.

During the migration process, Primo RPA developers customized the platform to customer needs. In particular, it was necessary to create a separate activity to interact with one of the information systems in which the UNIFIED CUPIS operates - initially it was not supported on the platform.

Now on the Primo RPA platform, such routine operations as:

  • filling and transfer data from one information system to another,
  • preparation of automatic responses to requests,
  • reconciliation of statements,
  • news gathering,
  • automation of work with Telegram

The introduction of Primo RPA solutions has significantly improved the efficiency and reliability of processes related to payment processing and digital services. Thanks to the use of advanced technologies, Mobile Card was able to optimize its internal processes, minimize risks and increase the speed of transaction processing.
