2022: Transition to the new edition of "1C: Integrated Automation 2.5" with the preservation of previous edition data

At the time of contacting the assino experts, the customer used the following solution: 1C: Integrated automation version 2.4. This version did not automate the rental accounting subsystem, so all data had to be entered manually. To automate this functionality and get a system that will meet the current requirements of accounting and tax accounting, the company decided to switch to a new version - 2.5.

Work on the project was carried out in 2 stages:

• 1 Phase. System Update and General Improvements
  • Examined the state of the company's current business processes.
  • Updated the configuration with the current modifications and adapted the work of the extensions.

• 2 Stage. Working with external objects "'
  • Adapted external forms, processes and reports.
  • Updated external processing (in the amount of more than 100), filling of table parts, operation of buttons, exchanges, reports, scheduled tasks, printed forms were connected.

To minimize the risks of errors during the transition to the new system, assino specialists made all the settings in the test database, eliminated all the shortcomings, and then transferred the ready-made functionality to the customer's working environment.
