2024: Comprehensive transition to the modern information system "1C:ERP Enterprise Management 2" for Steel Technologies

Before the start of the project, the customer used 1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management. However, with the growth of the company and the increase in the number and complexity of business processes, the functionality of the 1S:UPP has become insufficient. The goals of the implementation are a comprehensive transition to a modern information system that has a high development potential and implements the functionality necessary for the customer. As a result, the system 1C:ERP Enterprise Management 2 "was chosen, which will allow you to effectively use the accumulated experience and knowledge for long-term business development.

In addition to replacing the existing system, the assino project team was tasked with introducing a module for 1C:ERP - 1S:UAT to monitor the operation of the vehicles involved in the enterprise, as well as automating 9 units of the system: sales, CRM, marketing and pricing, volume scheduling, inventory management, warehouse logistics, production process management, equipment repair management, etc.

In the process of working on the project, the assino team implemented a mechanism for planning production operations in order to minimize the number of overhauls of work centers using the Monte Carlo method, developed a method for accounting indirect costs in the cost of production for the labor intensity of the work performed, and integrated it with the buyer's personal account, which allows you to quickly process incoming orders and update information about the products produced.

The project lasted from August 2022 to January 2024. Its results were: the introduction and customization of 9 blocks of the new system, the transfer of NSI and residues from the 1S:UPP, the Excel development of a role model in accordance with the requirements for sharing access to system objects, the introduction of the 1S:UAT module, which made it possible to control transport which serves the tasks of the enterprise, as well as the update: from 1CERP 2.5.8 to 2.5.12 with the transfer of customized functionality.
