About the project

As part of the support of the CPSU, the following are provided:

  • analysis and resolution of Customer requests from the CPSU (including user authentications authorization);
  • analysis and resolution of requests for CPSU platform errors, interaction with the manufacturer/vendor, informing the Customer on such requests;
  • Add/edit CPSU user data
  • consultation of users and administrators of the CPSU;
  • analysis of the functioning of the CPSU software during its operation;
  • if necessary, carry out additional settings and optimize the work of the CPSU;
  • elimination of abnormal situations in the work of the CPSU, elimination of errors identified in the work of the CPSU;
  • maintenance work, installation of software updates of the CPSU;
  • support of CPC integration with other Customer's IT systems;
  • implementation and maintenance of DevOps practices, administration of servers used by the CPSU;
  • updating the software version of the CPSU and its modules both when executing Customer's requests and when updating the used software products;
  • advising software users on telephone calls to the phone of the CPSU support hotline;
  • installation of certificates of certification centers on the servers of the CPSU;
  • providing instructions to the Customer on resolving requests for errors of the CPSU by the Customer;
  • development, updating and coordination with the Customer of technical and operational documentation for the CPSU;
  • System backup and disaster recovery
  • Administering server operating systems
  • Administer the database management system.

Execution

Formation of the TP command, the goal is to work out the incoming tickets on the date fixed in the SLA and fulfill the contractual obligations.

Achieved result

Fulfillment of obligations according to the list of services. Minimum deviation from SLA on directed cases.
