The main business process of the corporate website is aimed at ensuring the effective interaction of employees, providing them with the necessary tools and information to carry out work tasks, developing and motivating personnel, as well as supporting the company's innovative activities. The site acts as a single point of access to various corporate systems and services, providing seamless integration and synchronization of data between them.

The main business process of the site at the mvp stage includes the following key aspects:

Profile Authorization and Management:

  • Employees go through authorization through integration with Keycloak for secure access to their personal account and corporate data.
  • In your personal account, employees can manage their profile, edit personal data, customize the visibility of information and create personal collections of materials.

Access to information and services:

  • Employees can quickly find the information, documents, and materials they need through intelligent search and structured catalogs.

Internal communication and feedback:

  • Employees can track corporate news and announcements, and participate in discussions and commentary.
  • Employees can view the company's organization chart.
  • Integration with SAP.

Participants in the business process are employees of the company who use the site to fulfill their job duties, obtain up-to-date information, interact with colleagues and participate in corporate life.
