2024: Inclusion of LTV-RU camera line in the Register of Russian Industrial Products

LUIS + has released a series of LTV-RU cameras, which was included in the Register of Russian Industrial Products (PP RF 719 from the 17.07.2015) of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation. The company announced this on August 5, 2024.

The Register includes 14 models of LTV-RU cameras at once, the production of which the company launched in May-June 2024. Products are already participating in state and municipal tenders and tenders.

The demand for security systems continues to grow steadily, "said Tatyana Ledovskaya, head of research and market analysis at LUIS +. - If in 2023 the growth of the market was primarily due to the deferred demand of 2022, as well as an increase in equipment prices, including due to the growth of the exchange rate, then in 2024 one of the main drivers is the need to modernize systems and replace equipment with import substitutes. Also, one of the drivers is the installation of systems that meet the requirements of legislative norms, modern system requirements and the development of technologies.

According to LUIS + analysts, in the first half of 2024, more than 9 thousand tenders for the supply, installation, modernization and design of security systems totaling more than 22 billion rubles were held in Russia. At the same time, there is a significant increase in demand for the modernization of systems: the number of tenders with such requests increased by 34% compared to 2023. The share of tenders for modernization in the total volume over three years increased from 8.9 to 18.9%.

According to the company, the largest share of tenders in the first quarter of 2024 fell on educational institutions - the number of such tenders increased 1.5 times compared to 2023. This is due, among other things, to the mass installation of cameras in schools for monitoring the Unified State Exam, - we are sure of LUIS +. The initial maximum price of the largest of the tenders was 34.2 million rubles.

Products included in the Register of the Ministry of Industry and Trade can be used in the implementation of national projects: "Safe quality roads," "Modernization of transport infrastructure" and "Labor productivity."

In all cameras of the LTV-RU series, N.265 coding is applied, which reduces the load on the data transmission channel and saves space in the archive.

The first form factor - body - for solving a variety of special tasks in the field of video surveillance, for example, in specialized road complexes with a system for cleaning and washing the glass of the casing. On such a camera, you can install a replaceable lens with an ARD, use alarming contacts and much more.

The second category of cameras is the "mini-dome" - outdoor IP video cameras in a metal case with a IP66 protection class. The cameras are equipped with a high-quality two- or five-megapixel CMOS sensor, IR backlighting and a interchangeable lens.

Also, the Register of the Ministry of Industry and Trade includes dome and cylindrical cameras with a motorized lens. Such cameras come with a two or five megapixel sensor, support day/night mode, are equipped with IR lighting, and the camera's focus and viewing angle can be adjusted remotely.

A special model of the cylindrical chamber can LTV-5CNB50-M2813-H-RU operate at temperatures up to -60 degrees and is suitable for operation in severe weather conditions in regions with low temperatures.

The long-focus camera included in the Register of the Ministry of Industry and Trade is designed to organize surveillance on streets and roads. It is also suitable for perimeter control, including at enterprises, train stations, logistics centers, airports.

The list is completed by street PTZ cameras with 20- and 33x zoom, which provide high image quality thanks to a matrix with support for hardware WDR. The IR illumination angle automatically adjusts to the degree of zoom in the lens and allows you to get an image in high quality.
