Since the beginning of the project, companies have worked in close partnership, a detailed work plan was agreed, taking into account the current version of the ZTZ system, the level of use of standard/standard SAP solutions, the scope of revisions of the standard. This made it possible to adapt the solution to ZTZ requests in a short time. The installation of the starter package took place without conflicts with the current system. An important difference from classic SAP support was that the LAB JV solutions did not require customer refinement. This allowed the company to reduce the cost of attracting partners and free up part of the IT budget.

The most sensitive of them are financial and personnel management solutions, since they need to be regularly finalized taking into account changes in Russian legislation. As of August 2024, the SPZ system is supported and updated in operation, in compliance with all SLA requirements and the terms of the support contract. The LAB JV team regularly monitors and analyzes legislative changes, proactively conducts work on the preparation and release of updates, providing an opportunity for the customer to familiarize himself with new solutions in advance and test them. This allows ZTZ to install all the necessary updates on time, avoid additional financial costs.

Support of SAP ZTZ systems was always carried out taking into account the recommendations and requirements of the vendor, updates were regularly installed, standard solutions were used as much as possible, improvements were monitored.
