2024: Change of ownership

At the end of July 2024, it became known that Portable Technology LLC (the St. Petersburg iPort network, part of the NBCom Group Group) changed the ownership structure. Billionaire Andrei Godunov, who previously owned 50% of the company, left the owners. The sole owner of the organization was the wife of a businessman Natalya Godunova.

Godunov's withdrawal from the owners of the iPort electronics store chain is associated with his death. The entrepreneur died at the beginning of 2024 in the area of the Ramzai pass (Mount Petrelius of the Khibinsky mountain range) in the Murmansk region due to an avalanche. The regional Ministry of Emergency Situations reported that as a result of the incident, two people were under the rubble, who were moving on snowmobiles as part of an unregistered tourist group. The second deceased is Comrade Godunov Igor Slonsky.

As noted by the Business News Agency, at the time of his death, Godunov was a co-owner of NBCom Group, a group of companies that unites networks of iPort branded stores - Apple Premium Reseller, Samsung, Sony Center, Xiaomi, NBcomputers online store, iPort and Samsung services and Resonance Space business space. As of December 2023, the businessman's fortune was estimated at 3.5 billion rubles.

It is reported that from July 31, 2024, Natalya Godunova became the sole owner of Enbik Group LLC, which controls the NBCom Group brand. In addition, the woman registered a new company, Great Digital LLC. This organization retails computers, peripherals, and software in specialty stores. Godunova also became an individual entrepreneur: she specializes in leasing intellectual property and similar products, except for copyright.[1]
