2024: Implementation of CRM ELMA365
Customers of Mosgorgeotrest will be able to quickly receive geodetic services and documents. The state organization launched a large-scale project for the digitalization of production processes and began the introduction of the CRM ELMA365 CRM system. This was announced on August 2, 2024 by representatives of Mosgorgeotrest.
As reported, the goal of the project was to optimize client experience, processing requests and make the service more customer-oriented. To do this, the organization will for the first time introduce a CRM system from a domestic vendor. ELMA
The digitalization project began with an analysis of production processes in five departments of Mosgorgeotrest: cadastral, certification, underground structures, contracts and digital plans. The team of the contractor, the Russian integrator of IT solutions "VAIVIS," conducted interviews with employees of the organization to describe how the interaction goes, and create BPMN models of more than 70 processes. Such work was carried out for the first time.
As of August 2024, we are actively switching to a process model of organization management. Optimization of production processes is also aimed at more efficient servicing of Mosgorgeotrest clients - legal entities and individuals. Previously, work with clients was carried out in internal software based on Oracle, which was developed back in 2003. Over time, the solution has become outdated and no longer meets the needs of the enterprise - both in terms of functionality and flexibility.
With the introduction of ELMA365, the institution hopes to optimize the service, communication and issuance of documents. The CRM system will allow you to catalog databases, switch to electronic document management and fully automate communication with customers.
