2024: Installation of the integration module with SPARK-Interfax

The developers of the Low-code platform ELMA365 and the SPARK-Interfax system have released a module for the ELMA365 CRM product. Now customers can instantly receive analytics on counterparties and make a decision on cooperation. Elma announced this on December 24, 2024.

The success of the transaction and the implementation of budget plans depends on the correct verification of the lead by the manager and the speed of verification of the counterparty in the procurement department. Interfax collects a professional database of all Russian companies on the basis of legally available information. There are more than 400 such sources. After installing the integration module in the CRM ELMA365, the main information about the counterparty will be automatically pulled up from the SPARK-Interfax information resources. The system checks the desired company in the background and without the participation of the manager, and as a result, the user minimizes the risks of interaction with the new partner.
