GOST.LAB has connected additional features of the ETLA electronic archive system version 7.0, gaining access to the new functionality. This was announced by Atlas Soft on August 9, 2024.

GOST.LAB is a data recovery laboratory that is considered one of the largest in Russia. The company has representative offices in 80 regions of the Russian Federation, is active and periodically expands the list of services provided. Work is carried out both with simple disks and flash drives, and with media, which are evidence in the framework of litigation. Examinations of different levels of complexity are carried out.

The company works with a large amount of documentation, which requires taking measures to optimize the processes being performed and automate their implementation. To achieve the set tasks in November 2023, GOST.LAB introduced the ETLA electronic archive system. The use of the system allowed the company to significantly speed up work with documentation. As part of further optimization and transition to electronic document management, it was decided to expand existing capabilities and connect additional functionality. The procedure was performed in March 2024.

The ETLA electronic archive provides customers with access to all the basic features necessary to work with electronic documentation. It allows:

• store documents in electronic form, freeing up the areas occupied by the paper archive;
• work with files of almost all formats;
• store electronic versions and scans of paper documents indicating the places of storage of the originals;
• quickly find what you need; information
• access the archive from anywhere in the world;
• Use both a conventional EDS and a qualified electronic signature;
• create file cabinets of objects of any kind;
• Differentiate access and protect information.

The expansion of standard functionality allowed GOST.LAB to gain access to additional features. In particular, the Transmit Data Compression module was installed. It made it possible to significantly speed up the process of transferring information, reducing the risk of delays and allowing you to continue working at low Internet speeds. The module reduces traffic between the client and the system service. As a result, information acquisition is accelerated even on slow data channels.

In addition, the "Counterparties" module was set up. It performs the function of a CRM system and allows you to:

• work with the base of counterparties, as well as store their attributes;
• track the history of interactions that were carried out with partners and other persons;
• establish links between documents and a certain counterparty, which allows you to quickly find information related to a specific person.

The list of employees who gained access to work in the system was doubled.

GOST.LAB expects that the expansion of the functionality will have a positive effect, as well as the transition to the use of the archive, made earlier. It is planned that the speed of work will increase, the time for the exchange of data with counterparties and divisions of the company will be reduced. As a result, the overall efficiency of work will increase. The emergence of the ability to track connections between a person and documentation will allow you not to waste time searching for information, which will also have a positive effect on the efficiency of the company.
