The purpose of this project is ensuring effective and smooth functioning of the Portal of public services of the city of Moscow intended for providing access to physical persons and legal entities to all reference information about the public services and executive authorities rendering these services (mos.gosuslugi.ru).
According to world and domestic practices and also own experience of Telecom-Guard company in the field of rendering maintenance services of hardware and software systems, it was offered to customer to construct rendering services in program and service support of the Portal according to the management concept IT services (ITSM) and taking into account the practician, described in ITIL v3.
All works will be under this contract performed by specialists of Telecom-Guard company until the end of the current year and will include maintenance of all components of infrastructure of a directory system (the Web server, the DBMS server, etc.).
