2024: Development of SOW for creation of NIIGB website named after M.M. Krasnova

About the project

The goal of the project is to develop a Technical Assignment (TOR) to create a website for the Krasnov Research Institute of Eye Diseases, specializing in ophthalmology. The main task is to provide a convenient and informative electronic resource that will allow you to present information about the activities of the institute, the services provided, research, equipment and employees.

Achieved result

  1. Clear goals and objectives have been set.
  2. Structured description of the site content.
  3. Detailed functional requirements.
  4. The technical requirements have been clarified.
  5. Description of the design and user interface.
  6. Separation of duties.
  7. Deadlines and milestones are set: Time frames for each stage of development are clearly indicated: from prototyping to final testing and launch. Important project control points and phases are indicated, which ensures progress control and timely detection of deviations.
  8. Quality assessment criteria are defined: Acceptance criteria are set for each function and page of the site. Criteria include functional completeness, visual fit to design, and correct operation on various devices and browsers.
  9. Introduced standards and guidelines for documentation: Requirements for documentation, accompanying development and operation of the site are spelled out. Forms and templates for reports, instructions, and user guides are specified.
  10. Support and maintenance: The requirements for site support after launch are described, including updates, troubleshooting and the possibility of further development.
